Private Event Performances
Weddings, anniversaries, milestone birthdays. The songs that meant something then still mean something now.
Your Event, Your Soundtrack
Private events are personal. The music should be too. When you book 4 Guyz for a wedding, an anniversary, or a milestone celebration, we do not just show up and play our standard set. We ask you about the songs that matter to you and your guests, then build the performance around those moments.
Maybe it is the song that was playing when you met. Maybe it is the one your parents danced to at their wedding. Maybe you just want to hear "My Girl" performed live while your family eats cake. Whatever it is, that is what we are here for.
How We Work with You
Booking us for a private event is straightforward. Here is what happens after you reach out:
1. The Conversation
We talk about the event: when, where, how many guests, and what the vibe should be. Formal reception? Backyard party? We adjust accordingly.
2. The Set List
We send you a list of songs we perform and ask if there are any must-haves or special requests. If a song fits the style, we will learn it.
3. Day of the Event
We arrive early, set up quietly, and coordinate with whoever is running the event. When it is time, we perform. Simple.
4. The Moment
The best part of a private event is the reaction. The surprise on someone's face when we start singing their song. That is what we do this for.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We can sing during the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the reception, or all three. We will work with your wedding planner or coordinator to nail the timing.
Not much. Four guys standing shoulder to shoulder can fit in most living rooms. For a cappella performances, we do not even need a stage or equipment.
We love surprises. We have done surprise anniversary performances, birthday serenades, and retirement party appearances. Just coordinate with us on timing and logistics and we will handle the rest.
Make It a Night They Remember
Tell us about the event and we will figure out the rest together.
